Delete your HOOKspace account yourself

1. Sign in and open your account.
2. Scroll to Delete account and choose Delete my account.
3. Confirm with your password, or with your username if you only use social sign-in. Your account is deleted immediately.

Deletion removes your profile, photos, social sign-in connections, follows, likes, saved videos, and music submissions, and unlinks analytics from your account. Ticket and booking records are kept for bookkeeping with your name and contact details removed.

Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in, or your account is linked to an artist or collective dashboard, email info@hookspace.id with the subject Account deletion request from the email address on your account, and include your username. We confirm by email and delete your account and personal data within 30 days.

Remove only a social sign-in connection

To stop HOOKspace from receiving data from Google, Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, TikTok, or Apple without deleting your account, open your account settings and choose Disconnect under Connected accounts. You can also remove HOOKspace from the app settings of that service, for example on Facebook under Settings & privacy → Apps and websites.
